“‘Hood 2 Good’ by Preston Nelson is a fictional but inspirational story about resilience, loyalty, survival and encouragement. Unfortunately, life is harder and more challenging for some. The people in this story were exposed to dangerous, dire situations early in their lives because they grew up in a downtrodden area of the city. I really liked everything I read about the book!”

Reading Maria’s review is truly meaningful. Knowing that the themes of resilience and perseverance resonated so strongly, and that the realities faced by the characters were recognised, is incredibly rewarding. I’m grateful for the thoughtful reflection and appreciation for the story.
